How can I maintain my mental health? Do I know where to turn when I have difficulties and what do I myself think about mental illness? Where do I actually get information about these topics? And what role do digital media such as Tiktok, Instagram and Snapchat play for me?
These and many other questions play a role when it comes to the concept of "mental health literacy". In other words, it is about knowledge about mental health, illness, (self-help) skills and knowing where and how to find help. It is also about the prejudices that exist against mental illnesses - how they are "stigmatized".
You can test your own knowledge with the help of a questionnaire.
For young people aged 14 and over and adults!
