Sharp beam for beautiful things: What infrared lasers can do

The focused laser beam can be used, for example, to create microstructures, gradually remove surface layers or vaporize dirt and impurities.

We will demonstrate exactly what happens during this process and the wide range of possible applications on site and create small souvenirs for you to take home with you. In addition to the IR lasers, our PCO and Analytics departments offer other hands-on activities for young and old researchers!
