What happens in radiotherapy? How is invisible radiation made visible? Who has the longest breath?

With a nebula chamber experiment and our modern linear accelerator (max. acceleration voltage 15,000 kV), we get to the bottom of the rays!

In the breath-holding competition, interested children and adults can test how to achieve and hold a breathing position with real-time feedback on the CT treatment table?

On this evening, visitors of all ages can make mini radiation masks from malleable material and then design them! There are no limits to creativity!

During the evening, guests can learn about positioning and irradiation with the phantom on the linear accelerator and take a look behind the scenes of radiotherapy and its equipment!

Further information can be found on the website of the Clinic for Radiotherapy.
