Place

Adresse

Join us late at night to explore the rooms of the garden house that Schiller lived in with his family during the summers of 1797 to 1799!

The tour leads from the first floor, where the servants were housed at the time, through Charlotte Schiller's living quarters on the middle floor and up to the poet's study. Here, Schiller, who suffered from insomnia, often worked on his works late into the night. Through the illuminated windows of the attic, students returning to the city late at night could see him pacing up and down at work.

Note
The 30-minute guided tour takes place at 18:00, 20:00, 21:00 and 22:30.
