Liquids roll off coated surfaces and car paints take on special appearances, because nanoparticles have unique properties due to their small size, which can be used to specifically improve material properties.

Our Surface Technology department offers insights and hands-on activities in research and development. Immerse yourself in the modification, coating or sterilization of a wide variety of materials such as metal, glass, textiles, ceramics or plastic and take a look at our workshop or plasma laboratory.
