On the road in the lab

Tissue samples from the kidneys, bones and joints as well as organ-specific body fluids (urine, synovial fluid) reflect pathological changes. For example, special cell forms in the urine, a change in the bone structure or crystals in the synovial fluid play a role. We would like to invite you to take a look at our research laboratories and demonstrate exciting and illustrative specimens. It is worth taking a look through the microscope yourself, as structural changes are found alongside the symptoms of the disease. Urine test strips will give you the opportunity to check your own urine. We would also like to give you the opportunity to have your blood pressure and blood sugar measured.

This offer is a guided tour of our laboratory. The tours take place every hour:

  • 6 p.m.
  • 7 p.m.
  • 8 p.m.
  • 9 p.m.
  • 10 p.m.
  • 11 p.m.

Meeting point for the guided tours is at the stand: F21

Please understand that only 6 to 8 people can take part in a guided tour. It is not necessary to register for the guided tours.
