Hello Doc! - How do I talk to my doctor?

Do you sometimes not understand your doctor? Or he doesn't understand you? Welcome to the German healthcare system! While the Google Translator and Babelfisch easily translate the shopping list of their Ukrainian guests, Babel-Med does not. But is it just the understanding of vocabulary? Or are we talking past each other, using the same words for different things, having different goals on the way to different ideas of healing?

This lecture is about understanding: How do doctors manage to listen and how do I bring my perspective to my doctor with a twinkle in my eye?
