Meet our lab heroes Iris, SELMA and FeliX

In our laboratory in the Life Science and Liquid Handling area you can discover the following:

  • Discover the fascinating world of laboratory technology! Gain exciting insights into the latest technologies and their applications in research.
  • Let your creativity run wild and design your own pipetting plate! A unique opportunity to combine science and imagination.
  • Try your hand at pipetting and find out whether you prefer manual or automated pipetting. A hands-on station for anyone who wants to test their precision.

At the same time, you have the unique opportunity to isolate DNA from bananas yourself. An exciting experiment that brings science closer in a playful way. (last time 21:00)

The laboratory tours and experiments take place at the following times:
6:00 pm; 7:00 pm; 8:00 pm; 9:00 pm; 10:00 pm; 11:00 pm

Also visit our laboratory tours in the Chemical Analysis section on the topic "Why do atoms glow and what's in a recycled plastic cup?". These always take place on the half hour.

Stamp rally in Göschwitz - we'll be there!
Discover the diversity of our laboratories, workshops, products and applications. You will receive a stamp for taking part in one of our guided tours. This will bring you a little closer to your present at the end of the tour through the Göschwitz industrial estate.

Note
The lab tour takes place every hour on the hour from 18:00, duration: approx. 20 minutes.
