What can bones tell us in forensic medicine? We show and explain the practical day-to-day use of human bones to determine age, sex, cause of death and much more.

Forensic physicians and anthropologists use practical case examples to explain which procedures and methods are currently used in forensic osteology (bone science) in forensic medicine and when they are applied. Interesting for all those who want to subject crime series to a fact check. Exemplary procedures for morphognostic and metric determination of age and sex as well as body height estimation will be presented and put into practical context.
