The eye is one of the most important human sensory organs.

We - the Clinic for Ophthalmology - have your eyes in mind! After all, the eye is one of the most important human sensory organs. We recognize colors, shapes and movements through our eyes. At our information stand, we provide information on the various clinical pictures, our special consultation hours and the surgical procedures that we perform at the UKJ. The focus is on the modern surgical procedure lamellar corneal surgery (DMEK), which is used for corneal transplants. Have you always wanted to find out more about the structure of the cornea or the background to Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy? Then come and visit our stand - we will show you the diagnostic possibilities using an endothelial cell microscope and anterior segment OCT.
